Conducted market benchmarking, compensation analysis, and role evaluations to develop transparent salary structures that supported recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and long-term organizational growth. Partnered with leadership to align compensation strategy with organizational goals, budget considerations, and evolving workforce expectations.
Employee Experience & Handbook Transformation: Spearheaded the modernization of the employee handbook to create a more accessible, people-centered, and compliance-driven resource. Redesigned policies with a focus on clarity, culture alignment, inclusivity, and operational consistency while ensuring compliance with current employment laws and best practices. Positioned the handbook as both a compliance tool and an employee experience resource.
HR Operations & Team Optimization: Conducted a strategic assessment of HR operations, team structure, and service delivery to improve efficiency, accountability, and organizational support. Redesigned HR roles and responsibilities to better align with business needs, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and create scalable HR processes that enhanced both employee support and operational effectiveness.
Modern Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Led full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives resulting in the successful hiring and integration of more than 10 employees across key organizational functions. Implemented structured onboarding practices focused on employee engagement, cultural integration, role clarity, and long-term retention while strengthening the organization’s overall employer brand and candidate experience.
