  1. Leadership in Market Compensation Salary Project: Led the team in initiating and executing a comprehensive Market Compensation Salary Project to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.


  2. Revitalizing the Employee Handbook: Spearheaded the redesign and rollout of a new employee handbook, enhancing clarity and compliance across organizational policies.


  3. Restructuring the HR Team: Conducted a thorough overhaul of the HR team, delineating clear roles and responsibilities for each member to optimize efficiency and productivity.


  4. Recruitment and Onboarding Management: Successfully recruited and onboarded over 10 new employees, contributing to the expansion and enhancement of the organizational workforce.


  5. Navigating COVID-19 Challenges: Effectively managed the HR functions amid the ever-changing demands of the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring a resilient and adaptive response to the dynamic situation.
